Associate Immigration Attorney

Attorney Milagro Rodriguez is an associate attorney. With more than 20 years of experience in the private sector, she joined Symphorien-Saavedra Law in January 2022. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in Argentina as an independent attorney in the aviation and immigration field. She now helps businesses relocate employees to the United States and assist private individuals in gaining resident status or temporary work authorization in the United States. Her educational background makes her uniquely qualified to counsel individuals in the aviation industry seeking national interest waiver or other similar U.S. visas.

Milagro Rodriguez has extensive experience in litigation, transactions, start-ups, representation of airlines, and airline general counsel, aviation claims, air carrier certification, regulatory compliance, and labor and employment issues. In the immigration sector she represented several companies settling their business in Argentina and relocating hundreds of employees. 

In the academic aspect she was an associate professor at the Merchant Navy University and Federal Police University in Argentina.

She decided to immigrate to the United States to pursue a master’s in business administration (MBA) and Aeronautical Science (MAS) at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. As she pursued her education in these field, and as she experienced the U.S. immigration system first hand, she developed a passion for helping other’s achieve their U.S. immigration dreams while leveraging her diverse education and experience on her clients behalf.

She is a member of the Missouri Bar Association and the Buenos Aires Bar Association (Argentina). She is fluent in Spanish and English.
