"We hired Frank in April 2024 after going through 2 attorneys already and our case just wasn’t going anywhere. We were stuck in limbo waiting on USCIS to make a decision on my husband and 2 sons cases. We originally filed our case in Oct 2019 and received a 1st NOID in Dec 2020, we received a 2nd NOID in response to the 1st NOID in December 2021 in which we hired the 2nd attorney who did not direct us in the right direction and instead said we needed to file a whole new case. In January 2022 we filed our 2nd petition for all 3 of them. We now had two pending cases for all 3. We were called into 4 different interviews over the 5 years and still weren’t getting anywhere. Our 2nd attorney finally told us we needed to do a mandamus law suit but that they did not do that. So we googled and did some research and found Frank and his team. We hired him immediately he went with us to our last and final interview he was very patient with the officers there. We had a very big difficult case and he broke it down for them to understand. They still did not make a decision so we decided to file the lawsuit on -Oct 9th 2024. By Oct 19th we had our approvals for my husband and our boys. My husband had his green card in hand by Oct 26th and our boy has his stuff sent to the NVC and is now in processing waiting on the embassy in Jamaica. After 5 years we finally are at the end of this immigration nightmare because of Frank and his team. If you want results and quickly, make sure you hire him."
